Personal Training

We offer opportunities for better fitness and quality of life through result-based personal training. Our personal trainers inspire, challenge and empower you every step of the way. Their focus is you and your goals as they develop a customized program for each client. Individual and group training options available. Single sessions, 5 session or 10 session packages are available. Training sessions can be delivered in person or online. All personal training packages include a custom meal plan. Growing scientific evidence confirms that exercise and, eating a healthy diet can substantially optimize health and quality of life. We can provide you with the knowledge, tools and services to support your health and fitness needs.

During your initial 30 minute complimentary session, we will provide you with an assessment of your fitness and steps you can take to reach your goals.

Subsequent sessions will vary in duration and frequency depending on the program developed between the client and the Personal Trainer. We can also incorporate treatments with Microcurrent Point Stimulation Therapy, Myofascial Release and the Theragun into your program for optimal performance, outcomes and recovery.
